Thank you for your interest in our products/services. We offer a 7-days refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you should not record or download any paid assets and materials in the same duration. Once we check that we will notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Please note that PayPal taxes/ payment gateway charges are included in the refund amount. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item minus the PayPal transaction fee, which is non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (PayPal refund time)
